My Southern View, Inc. began in 2016 by Lynn Hellman. A born and bred North Carolinian, she appreciated the charms of our area early on and it became her passion to help others enjoy the lifestyle our special slice of this world has to offer. Lynn’s creative approach, a knack for connecting with others, not to mention her unparalleled real estate expertise made her a perfect person to thrive in real estate. And thrive she has.

Being licensed since 2006, Lynn has worked hard for buyers, sellers, investors and new construction builders for many years. Starting in 2006 she specialized in the new construction industry while also growing her talents in the resale market. Having knowledge of how a home is constructed makes her a force to be reckoned with when showing and listing homes. She has a keen eye for how things should be and she always has her clients best interest at heart.

In 2023, Lynn brought on a stellar addition to the brokerage with Vikki Earp. Vikki works independently of Lynn, servicing her clients in all areas of the Triangle and Coastal regions. Vikki brings many years of experience as a local real estate investor & designer. Vikki is well positioned to help clients with a positive outlook and unmatched heart and hustle.
